A Collaboration with Julie Qiu

Julie is an international oyster sommelier and founder of the seminal In A Half Shell oyster blog, based in New York City. Her passion for oyster appreciation is contagious, and when she reached out with the idea for an oyster journal, I jumped at the chance to collaborate. Julie's work has been featured by The New York Times, Food + Wine, Saveur, VOGUE, and Somebody Feeds Phil on Netflix. She established the Oyster Master Guild in 2023.
