Beer is my first love, but cider is a very close second. Tart, tannic, sweet, still or bubbly, it pairs well with food, comes from the land, and tastes great on a hot day. It's inspired me to create several products, and plant my own small home orchard. If it similarly captivates you, I think you'll like what I've made.
