Sub gin for bourbon, and you get a Boulevardier! Sub gin for prosecco, and the culty Spagliato is born. It's a fun drink with endless variations possibly, nine of which are celebrated here.

This open-edition print was printed by hand, with love, on a gluten-powered 1886 Golding letterpress using mostly soy-based inks.
