I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return a 33 Books Co. product, you may do so under the following policy, which applies to all returns, refunds and exchanges, including wholesale orders.
Any product may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided that it is in unused, like-new condition. To return a product, send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org letting me know it's coming back. Be sure to include your order number or invoice number.
All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, accessories, etc). Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage.

I will pay for return shipping only if the product is being returned due to an error in processing or shipping (for example, I sent you the wrong item), or if the product is defective. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying the return shipping charges for any items returned or exchanged.
When shipping products back, send the tracking number from the shipping carrier to email@example.com, so that we can both track the shipment. I recommend that you insure the shipment against loss or damage.
Damaged Items and Shortages
Please report any damaged or missing items within seven (7) days of delivery by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For refunds on products paid for by credit card or debit card, a refund will be issued to the credit / debit card used for the original purchase. For refunds on products paid by check or wire transfer, your refund will be issued in the form of an in-store credit or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
Clearance items and items sold at a discounted price are sold “AS-IS” – no refunds, no returns on these items.
Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender or undeliverable by our carrier.
