33 Houses started when a former co-worker of mine reached out with an idea. "Have you ever considered books for things other than food and drink? I have an idea ..." I worked with Sarah Renard, a Portland-area Realtor® to craft a custom book to use with her clients,  but when we were finished, I quickly realized it would be a hit with home shoppers everywhere.
