Powered by Gluten T-Shirt
When I'm not designing, printing, or riding my electric tricycle, I like to bake. Specifically, I bake bread, of the Pain de la Campagne sort. This slightly sour, wild-fermented, airy and gluten-y goodness goes exceptionally well with most of my other favorite things: artisan cheese, farmhouse cider, and a nice finocchiona.
