Designed for Speed

This beer journal is designed for ease of use. It’s tough to hold a notepad in one hand, a pencil in the other, and have another hand left for beer. Taking notes with 33 Beers is as simple as checking a few boxes and entering a few basic facts.

The flavor wheel in 33 Beers can be used to quickly recall a beer’s unique flavor long after consumption. For low values of the flavor, fill in dots near the wheel’s center. A Belgian dubbel is used in the example shown.

Secret Ingredient

A teeny, tiny amount of real beer is added to the ink in each new edition, which is cryptically noted on the back.

33 Beers is made with 100% recycled papers sourced in the Pacific Northwest. Interior pages are 100% post-consumer recycled content and covers are 85% post-consumer recycled content and 15% recycled content. The booklets are printed using US-grown soy-based inks in sunny Portland, Oregon.

Great for People who love trying wines and beers

I gave this, as well as the wine journal, to my mom and dad last Christmas. THEY STILL USE IT TO THIS DAY. They liked learning a couple of things along the way that they didn't know before, like the taste vocabulary. My mom said that with the journal, they can put down their favorites without forgetting - "that's right, we liked that one." No one can remember the wines they liked from years ago unless they are a genius. I would dare say this little book is a necessity for anyone who tastes wine and beer. It's small enough so it fits in my mom's purse when they go out and about - and my mom's purse isn't huge. This is a great investment!

Excellent customer service

Last December I placed a small order for a few beer journals, and PayPal payment went through right away. An hour or so after that, I realized that these journals would make great Christmas gifts, and I sent an email to ask if I could add to the order. Dave, the owner, contacted me right away and said no problem, he would cancel my first order and wait for my next order. Sure enough, the PayPal refund came through, and I re-ordered to include whiskey and red wine books. They were a hit as gifts. I appreciate the customer service that Dave provided. Excellent!
